Working From Home Series One
Series 1: Begins with a reflection of the week that’s ending. It was a sudden transition for many in the last 2 weeks &yet overwhelming to keep the balance.
Have you achieved set out production? Maybe you’ve been feeling much more tired lately & your body doesn’t want to move much?

What are the simple things we often ignore that can make us feel better & more productive?
Lets talk about Endorphins one of our “Happy chemicals” & how to boost them naturally:
- Draw a daily routine of work, incorporate exercise at least 45 min daily; stretch & meditate. This induces a release of endorphins into your blood circulation & encourages reflective thought. Meditation increases focus,induces well-being & stress elimination. (Time you’d probably take navigating traffic to the office?)
- Listen to music as you work. Why? It substitutes the physical absent colleague whom you’d casually walk to say hello to in between work hours. ( You must be missing this part of “hello” or “Catch up” at work) Music sets the mood by triggering feel good brain chemicals.
