

Case Manager’s Summit
A conference designed for case Managers, A first of its kind in Kenya and the region that attracted 92 case manager delegates. Case Manager’s are advocates, leaders, influencers, gatekeepers, problem solvers, educators, wellness ambassadors and more. As well as use specifics of how to empower case managers,colleagues & clients through areas of practice, mentorships, preceptorship & experience.
Discuss the building of successful collaborative care teams and what those changes mean across the continuum of care. Inclusive of the home based care, patient, care giver, community, professionals and allied services.
Discuss the latest trends in technology that case managers can embrace for prpose of impact and move to face digital disruption that’s changing the business models.
Importance of well being for the case manager, as front line healthcare workers working in a demanding environment from the populations they serve.
Nokras sagana a serene and tranquil hotel based in Muranga county was our host for the two day summit. It was an excellent opportunity for the case managers to refresh and rejuvenate while learning.
Carol Garner our keynote speaker, chairperson of Case Manager’s Association of South Afirca (CMASA) powerfully unpacked her personal journey in case management, the evolving role of the case manager and the bumps and rides it took to formation of CMASA.
